California Marine Life Protection Act Initiative Announcement

What: MarineMap training and instructional presentation via teleconference and webinar. Visit http://www.dfg.ca.gov/mlpa/meetings_n.asp#public for a brief description of MarineMap.

Who: Members of the public are invited to:
    * View data currently available for the north coast
    * Draw marine protected areas (MPAs) and create MPA arrays
    * Receive feedback on MPA concepts
When: There will be three opportunities to participate in this training via teleconference and webinar from their home or office if they have a phone line and internet access:

7:00-8:00 p.m. - Tuesday, November 3, 2009 (TONITE)
7:00-8:00 a.m. - Wednesday, November 4, 2009
12:00-1:00 p.m. - Thursday, November 5, 2009

Content provided will be the same during each presentation.
